REGISTRATION GUIDE

 NEW USER GUIDE

Step 1. Create a New Account. Click the Sign-Up link below.

Step 2. Activate your account (Screenshot)

-Please log in to your email account and look for the email from us with the subject line “Confirm Your Activity Registration Account”. Click the link inside the email to activate your account. If you have not received an email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3. Hit "Click Here" to go to your family account (Screenshot)

Step 4. Register

- Click the "Register" link (Screenshot)

- Select which form you want to register to (Screenshot)

  >Athletic Registration Form

  >VHSL Academic Activity Registration Form

- Enter the Student ID and Last Name. Click "Continue" (Screenshot)

- Fill out the form from Steps 1 to 7. Some basic information will auto-populate in the form (Screenshot)

-Submit the form.

Returning User Guide

Step 1. Log in to your family account. Click the Login link below.

Step 2. Register

-Click the "Register" link (Screenshot)

-Choose an existing student to be registered from the student name dropdown

(Select "Register New Student" if the student has no record yet)

-Select which form you want to register to (Screenshot)

-Fill out the form from Steps 1 to 7. Most of the information from previous registration will auto-populate in the form except grade, sport, and newly added fields. Review and update if needed.

-Submit the form.
